RISK conference 2020 will take place as planned on March 18th and 19th with additional security measures set in place

Dear partners and visitors,

as a company, we consider the risks and opportunities of holding a conference very carefully and very rationally. We know that you are checking whether your participation at RISK will be as successful as we all wish and whether the opportunities are worth the perceived risk.

We have had a number of enquiries about coronavirus and would like to assure you that the medical care available at the venue of Congress Centre at Thermana Park Laško will be held at high professional level, and that all attendees will enjoy the best possible protection. A host of measures is in place to ensure you are fully protected: we will have extra disinfectant dispensers placed around the venue, heavily used areas and fittings like entrances, door handles and staircases will be kept clean over and above their usual high standard. Additionally, a comprehensive response strategy has been formulated together with the venue, which would ensure safety of all participants in the event of an outbreak before or during RISK conference.

We will also remain in constant close contact with the venue and health authorities and take all necessary steps to comply with their recommendations leading up to and during the event. Currently, social gatherings of 5000 or less attendees are not recommended to cancel – RSA conference just concluded with 45.000 attendees, while Planica ski jumping with 50.000 attendees will continue as planned. Given that we have not experienced an increase in cancellations, we will proceed to work hard to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience with us in Laško on March 18th and 19th 2020!
