Uniting Security Superpowers: Mandiant Solutions and Microsoft Working Together for Better Security Outcomes

“If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.” — Henry Ford

Regardless of industry, geography or business model, experience has taught me this is always true. In business, just like with our families and friends, strong relationships help us succeed. With the trust and cooperation of the right partners, even the biggest challenges can be overcome.

Mandiant Solutions Joins MISA

This is just one of the many reasons why we at Mandiant Solutions are thrilled to accept Microsoft Corp.’s invitation to join the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA). As a MISA member, Mandiant joins a far-reaching collaboration between leading security technology companies to deliver world-class protection to joint customers.

The Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA) is an ecosystem of independent software vendors and managed security vendors that have integrated their solutions to better defend against a world of increasing threats. MISA members are leaders in the cyber security industry and have been chosen to help form a closely interwoven security ecosystem, which integrates Microsoft’s security portfolio of products powered by Azure.

Mandiant is widely known for our leadership in threat intelligence and incident response services. Our new MISA membership will enable us to help even more organizations outmaneuver increasingly sophisticated attackers through unmatched intelligence and expertise.

Mandiant Security Services Available Now in the Azure Marketplace

The MISA membership is only the beginning of our relationship with Microsoft. First, Mandiant Consulting is currently collaborating with Microsoft to focus on delivering joint incident response engagements that span across Microsoft and third-party technologies.

In addition, to further integrate our solutions into the Microsoft ecosystem, Mandiant Consulting has added two popular and valuable assessment services to the MISA Partner catalog and Azure Marketplace: Mandiant Security Assessment for Microsoft 365 and Mandiant Security Assessment for Microsoft Azure.

These cloud assessments help organizations better understand the unique risk profiles and cyber threats facing their Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure cloud environments. Mandiant provides technical recommendations to harden their cloud platform, enhance visibility and detection, and improve overall processes to reduce the risk of compromise for their cloud tenant and related infrastructure. Please visit the marketplace today to learn more about these critical cloud security assessments.

Later This Year: Mandiant Managed Defense for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

We’re also excited to give you early notice that Mandiant Managed Defense, our award-winning managed detection and response solution, will be available by the end of the year to add Mandiant expertise and intelligence to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Look forward to more information on that before 2021.
