Now, you can download NAKIVO Backup & Replication v10 and try out VMware vSphere 7 support, backup to Wasabi Hot Storage Cloud and Ubuntu Linux workstation backup and full P2V recovery.
VMware vSphere 7 Support
NAKIVO Backup & Replication v10 now officially supports vSphere 7, the new generation of vSphere available since April 2020. This tenth version allows you to take advantage of the comprehensive data protection functionality of NAKIVO Backup & Replication to protect your VMware environments after upgrading to vSphere 7.
This means that you get all the advanced protection features available for earlier vSphere versions, including backup, replication, granular recovery, and disaster recovery orchestration.
Backup to Wasabi
With the increasing popularity of Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage, a tier-free cloud service, it was only logical for NAKIVO to add the new backup destination to the NAKIVO Backup & Replication backup storage options.
With NAKIVO Backup & Replication v10, you can send backups and backup copies of your VMs, physical servers, Oracle databases and Amazon EC2 instances directly to Wasabi. You can perform instant granular recovery of VMs, files, folders, and application objects without restoring the entire production machine first as well as recover physical machines to VMware VMs directly from backups.
Full Physical-to-Virtual Recovery
With the latest version, NAKIVO Backup & Replication allows you to perform full P2V recovery. You can use this functionality to perform planned migrations of your physical machines to VMware VMs from backups. Such server virtualization is safe and simple with NAKIVO Backup & Replication v10. In addition, when operating in a hybrid infrastructure, you can restore a physical machine from a backup to a VMware environment in case of a failure.
Linux Workstation Backup
NAKIVO Backup & Replication has been looking forward to extending physical machine support to Linux workstations, and it’s finally done. Now, you can perform image-based, incremental and app-aware backups of Ubuntu Linux workstations just as you would for Linux or Windows servers and Windows workstations. What makes this feature particularly useful for mixed IT environments is that you can protect multiple VMs, physical servers and workstations from a centralized dashboard using the all-in-one data protection capabilities of NAKIVO Backup & Replication v10.
User Interface Enhancement
The NAKIVO Backup & Replication UI now offers you the same ease of use, efficiency and control but with enhanced user experience. The centralized dashboard is now even more intuitive for simpler and easier data protection administration.
Download the full-featured free trial of NAKIVO Backup & Replication v10 to try all the new features and more, and start protecting your virtual, physical, cloud and SaaS environments today.
