RISK 2012 Sponsorship

As a conference sponsor your company will benefit from marketing campaign leading up to each event. REAL security d.o.o. will be actively marketing the event via a series of press releases, email blasts and advertisements in major trade publications and endorsing associations.

The sponsorship packages detailed below include the standard ‘GENERAL’, ‘GOLD’ and ‘SILVER’ packages that have been repeatedly used by companies within the IT industry to increase their presence within a particular area. However, should you wish to discuss customizing your own sponsorship package tailored to your individual needs, please do not hesitate to contact the RISK 2012 conference department.

GENERAL CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE - 15,000 EUR

PRE-CONFERENCE PUBLICITY

» Your logo will appear on the official RISK 2012 website with a link through to your website (if the agreement AND logo is received prior to printing of materials).
» Your logo will appear on all conference literature including the final programme and all emails associated with the conference.
» You may use the RISK 2012 Conference name and logo in approved publicity campaigns.

ON-SITE PUBLICITY

» Your company will have a table top exhibition space (2m x 2m) in the networking area of the conference (valued at 2,000 EUR).
» Your company is entitled to 10 complimentary delegate places and an additional 40% discount on all further registrations.
» You may include a promotional leaflet in every delegate wallet (valued at 750 EUR).
» Speaking slot in the conference agenda (subject to abstract approval).
» Your logo will be displayed in a prominent position within the conference meeting room.
» Special recognition of your involvement in the conference opening address.

 

CONFERENCE DINNER SPONSORSHIP – (valued at 8,000 EUR)

» Your logo will be prominently displayed on conference dinner invitations sent by REAL security to all conference delegates
» Your logo will be displayed on tent cards at the conference dinner
» Your will have the opportunity to make a welcome speech – a maximum of 5 minutes to open the conference dinner.
** RISK 2012 will distribute details of the conference dinner to all delegates. The conference dinner is open to all delegates on the first night of the conference. RISK 2012 will provide a list of suitable venues for the conference dinner and will make all arrangements to ensure the smooth running of the event.

» Your company will have a corporate table top exhibition space (2m x 2m) in the networking area of the conference (valued at 2,000 EUR).
» You are entitled to 5 complimentary delegate places and an additional 30% discount on all further registrations.
» You may include a corporate promotional leaflet in every delegate wallet (valued at 750 EUR).
» Speaking slot in the conference agenda (subject to abstract approval).

CONFERENCE SPEAKING SLOT SPONSORSHIP – 2,500 EUR

STANDARD TABLE TOP EXHIBITION - 2,000 EUR (invoiced in advance of the conference)

The table top exhibition areas are an ideal way of reaching your customers and promoting your company and services at the event. The exhibition will be located where possible in the main coffee and refreshment area, where a majority of networking takes place during the conference day.
The package consists of:

** Table and two chairs and display panels if required
» You will be entitled to 2 complimentary delegate place and an additional 20% discount on all further registrations

WALLET SERVICE - 750 EUR (invoiced in advance of the conference)

The Wallet Service is available to a limited number of companies who wish to distribute their corporate brochure or flyer at RISK 2012 Conferences. Your pen, notepad or leaflet, up to a maximum of 6 A4 pages, will be included in the delegate packs at the conference (either inserted into the wallets or placed at each seat as app
